The Government has prioritised Cambridgeshire as one of the key areas in need of additional investment to support growth, and Cambridgeshire Horizons is the body created to project manage that growth. The new website is designed to be the key online resource for bringing together all the information required by local agencies, statutory bodies and developers to co-ordinate growth in the county effectively.
i.Content is the driving force of the new website, and having successfully created many local government websites we were delighted to be able to build our knowledge and experience into the site.
The website is able to support a plethora of live information because of the unique i.Content platform which includes: project information, interactive maps, Blogs, latest news and regional events and are all totally managed by the Cambridgshire Horizons team.
Alex Plant, Chief Executive of Cambridgeshire Horizons is even able to post a blog on the site so that he can share his thoughts and activities directly with the people of Cambridgeshire and invite them to respond to what the challenges are for the whole of the local community during the coming years of growth.
