Action Sustainability is a not for profit social enterprise set up to lead and inspire sustainable procurement. The organisation has trained more than 750 procurement professionals on the UK's first CPD accredited sustainable procurement training course, and with an increasing amount of online resources becoming available felt that a new website needed to be created.
Features of the site include the portal for users to self-assess their sustainable procurement practices using the online 'Flexible Framework tool'. In addition, users can make sophisticated training requests - all powered by a back-end relational database.
The website also introduces the iceberg group resources to a web audience for the first time - membership of which provides a range of training and consultancy packages for building sustainable procurement.
Built on our Microsoft .Net Content Management System - i.content allows the team at Action Sustainability quick and easy access to all 'live' parts of the website so that News and Upcoming Events and other fast-moving areas sections can always be kept up to date.
